Terms

Before work starts.

  • STB confirms the service, scope and estimated hours before billable work begins.
  • 30-minute minimum. Time is billed in 15-minute increments after the first 30 minutes.
  • Rush creative work is the standard service rate plus 35%.
  • Basic file inspection, sizing, placement and one production proof may be included with a clear apparel order. Reconstruction, original design, extra revisions and editable source files are billable.
  • When an apparel package qualifies for a design credit, the professional design value and credit appear as separate lines.
