Swim parents order more gear per family than almost any other sport — because the athlete is in a suit and the whole family is in the stands for three hours. What swim and dive programs actually order

• Team parkas and heavyweight hoodies — the walk-in layer for December meets and the bus ride home. Embroidered left chest, printed back, name on the sleeve.
• Deck tees — lightweight performance or cotton-poly tees worn between events; one-color print, two or three per swimmer.
• Dryland and warm-up gear — joggers, quarter-zips and long sleeves for morning practice and dryland sessions.
• Coach and volunteer apparel — polos and quarter-zips for coaches, officials and the timers.
• Parent and fan gear — "Swim Mom," "Swim Dad," program hoodies and beanies through an online team store; swim parents buy for grandparents too.
• Senior night, districts and state — short-run full-color DTF for names, events and "state qualifier" tees when the season goes long.

Suits, caps and goggles are specialty items we don't stock. Everything you wear over them, we do.

What a high-school program typically orders before the first invitational. Every package is quoted for your roster and artwork — there's no public price list, and you'll always talk to a real person.

• Optional: name on the sleeve; parent hoodie added at checkout in the team store

Winter timeline: order by mid-October

Ohio high-school swimming and diving practices open around November 1 and the first meets follow in early December. To have parkas and deck tees for the first meet, get artwork and rough roster numbers to us by mid-October:

• Now – mid-October: send your logo, colors and approximate roster. Mockup and quote within a few business days.
• Mid-October: approve artwork. A team store opens now and runs about two weeks so every family orders their own sizes.
• Late October – mid-November: production, sorted by swimmer, delivered or picked up in Delaware by arrangement.
• First meet: the deck matches and so do the stands.

Club and summer-league teams run on their own calendars — tell us your first meet date and we'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

Team stores that raise money for the program

Swim boosters do well with online stores because the family, not the athlete, is the buyer. Everyone orders their own size and pays online; the club never fronts a dollar or collects a check. Run it as a straight store at your quoted pricing, or as a fundraiser: a set amount from every eligible item — $5 standard — goes back to the program when the store closes.
