Team Store Fundraising

A team store can run two ways. As a straight store, families pay your quoted pricing and nothing is added. As a fundraiser store, a set amount from every eligible item — $5 standard — goes to your booster club, team fund or PTO when the store closes. Either way: no inventory, no checks, no candy bars. This page is about the fundraiser version.

How it works

  1. We build the store. Four to six items in your colors and logo — athlete gear, parent gear, maybe a hat — sized youth XS to adult 4XL. No cost to the program.
  2. You choose the store type, and we set the contribution together. Straight store: your quoted pricing, no add-on. Fundraiser store: one amount for every item — $5 standard; want lower prices for families or a bigger payout, say so and we set the store's contribution where you want it. Item prices move with it.
  3. Families order online. You share one link. Each family picks their own sizes and pays at checkout. The store stays open about two weeks.
  4. We print, sort and deliver. Sorted by athlete or family, delivered to the school or picked up in Delaware.
  5. Your program gets paid. When the store closes, the total contribution — every eligible item × the per-item amount — is paid to the program.

What programs use it for

  • Tournament entry fees and travel
  • Coaches' gear so the staff isn't paying out of pocket
  • Scholarships for athletes who can't cover the practice package
  • Senior night, banquets, end-of-season gifts

Five things that move the number

  • Keep it to 4–6 items. More choices lower the order rate.
  • Add parent gear. Same $5 on every item — "Wrestling Mom" and "Cheer Dad" tees are the extra units that grow the total.
  • Two weeks, not four. Deadlines drive orders. Remind at the midpoint and three days before close.
  • Open at the start of the season. Enthusiasm peaks before the first event.
  • Invite grandparents. Say it in the email. It's the easiest sale in the store.

Refer a program, help two

Coaches and booster parents know other coaches and booster parents. If you send a program our way and they open a store, tell us — we'll say thank you properly. Just have them mention your program when they reach out.

What the program has to do

  • Approve artwork and the item list (one email)
  • Confirm the store's contribution — $5 standard, or a different amount (one email)
  • Share the link twice
  • Tell us where to deliver
