Business Uniforms & Branded Workwear

Embroidered polos, quarter-zips, jackets, hi-vis and hats for the crews, front desks and service vans of Delaware County and Central Ohio — with a company store so every employee orders their own size and reorders never start from scratch.

Who orders branded workwear from us

  • Trades and contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, excavating. Polos and hi-vis tees for the crew, embroidered jackets for the estimators, hats for everyone.
  • Dental, medical and veterinary offices — embroidered scrub-adjacent polos and fleece for the front desk and clinical staff, so patients can tell who works there.
  • Restaurants, cafés and breweries — staff tees and aprons that survive a dish pit, embroidered polos for managers, a merch tee customers can buy.
  • Dealerships, banks and real-estate teams — polos and quarter-zips with a small, clean left-chest logo; a jacket for outdoor events.
  • Schools, churches and nonprofits — staff polos for the office, volunteer tees for the event, embroidered fleece for the board.

What goes in a uniform set

Most businesses build a small, repeatable set and reorder it as staff changes. A typical starting point, quoted for your headcount and logo — there's no public price list, and you'll always talk to a real person:

  • 2 × embroidered polos per employee (one light, one dark, or two of the same)
  • 1 × quarter-zip or fleece, embroidered left chest
  • 1 × embroidered hat
  • Optional: hi-vis tee or safety vest for field staff; a jacket for the people who meet customers outside

Embroidery is the default for polos and outerwear — it's the finish that reads "uniform" and outlasts the garment. Screen printing handles the volume tees; DTF handles the small runs and full-color designs. We'll recommend the method by garment, not by habit.

A company store: employees pick their own sizes

The size sheet is where uniform orders go wrong — someone guesses, someone's out that day, someone's a large in polos and an extra-large in fleece. A private online company store fixes it. You approve the items and the logo once; each employee opens the link, picks their sizes and either pays themselves or charges it to the company allowance you set. We print, sort by employee and deliver to the shop or the office.

The store stays up. When you hire in March, the new person orders from the same link and gets the same shirt. No minimum panic, no "we'll wait until we have ten."

Reorders when staff changes

Your artwork, thread colors and garment choices stay on file. A reorder is one email: "two more polos, size medium, name Dana." Because the logo is already digitized and approved, it moves fast — and the fifth polo matches the first one.

What we'll ask you

  1. Your logo (any file; we'll clean it up and digitize it for embroidery).
  2. Headcount, roughly, and whether field and office staff need different pieces.
  3. Colors — the ones the logo needs, and the garment colors you want it on.
  4. Whether you want a one-time order or an always-on company store.

From there: a mockup on the actual garment within a few business days, a quote for your headcount, and a start date once you approve. Every order is approved by you and starts with a deposit that covers artwork and setup.
