Employee Tees & Company Merch

The "everyone gets a tee" order — onboarding kits, safety-day shirts, anniversary and milestone tees, event crews, and the merch customers ask to buy. Printed in Delaware, Ohio, with a company store so each employee picks their own size and the box arrives sorted by name.

When a business orders tees for everyone

  • Onboarding kits — a tee, a hat and a hoodie on day one. The cheapest thing you'll ever do for retention.
  • Safety day and training — a dated shirt for the crew, often in hi-vis, often with the year on the sleeve.
  • Anniversaries and milestones — "10 Years," "Est. 2016," the grand-reopening tee. One design, one order, a photo for the wall.
  • Event crews — the fundraiser, the trade show, the customer appreciation day. Staff in one color so customers can find them.
  • Company merch — the tee, hoodie and hat a customer actually wants to buy off the counter. The sign of a brand people like.
  • Holiday and thank-you gear — the December hoodie that says the company noticed.

Cotton or performance? Pick by the job

  • Cotton or cotton-poly tees — the office, the shop floor, the merch shelf. Soft, prints clean, holds a one-color logo for years.
  • Performance polyester — landscapers, movers, warehouse crews, anyone who sweats through the shift. Wicks, dries fast, takes a print without stiffening.
  • Heavyweight fleece — the hoodie for the winter yard and the gift box. Embroider the logo on anything meant to last four years.
  • Hi-vis — safety orange and yellow tees for anyone near a road or a forklift. One-color print, big and readable.

We'll steer you to the garment that fits the job and away from the one that only looks good on the mockup.

Screen print for volume, DTF for small and full-color

Two print methods, one honest rule:

  • One-color screen print for the big order — sixty matching crew tees, one logo, one color. It's the most durable print and the most sensible cost per shirt at volume.
  • DTF (direct-to-film) for the small run and the full-color design — twelve anniversary tees with a photo-real graphic, a mixed order of tees, hoodies and hats, or names on every shirt. No screen setup, full color in one pass.

Send the design and the headcount; we'll tell you which method fits before you approve anything.

A company store: sizes without the spreadsheet

The all-hands tee order dies on the size sheet. A private online company store fixes it. Approve the items and the logo once; each employee opens the link, picks their garment and size, and pays online or uses the allowance you set. We print, sort by employee and deliver to the office in one labeled box. New hires order from the same link in March. Customers can be let in too — run it as a straight store at your quoted pricing, or as a fundraiser for a cause the company backs, with $5 from every item — standard — going to it when the store closes.

What we'll ask you

  1. Your logo or the idea — a sketch or a screenshot is fine; we build the artwork.
  2. Headcount and the occasion.
  3. Garment colors and whether field and office staff need different pieces.
  4. One-time order or an always-on company store.

Mockup on the actual garment within a few business days, a quote for your headcount, and a start date once you approve. Every order is approved by you and starts with a deposit that covers artwork and setup.
